William Berger
William Berger is a Senior Partner with Greenspoon, Marder, P.A, a business law firm with offices throughout Florida. He served as a director of Admiralty Bancorp, Inc. and Admiralty Bank from 2000 until the sale of the bank to Royal Bank of Canada in 2003. Mr. Berger received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1970 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Buffalo in 1965.

Prior to 1st United Bank, Mr. Burke served in a variety of commercial lending and banking positions at large regional commercial banks in South Florida. Mr. Burke received his B.B.A in Management from FLA Int’l in 1981.
