William J. Burke is the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Burke has 25 years of banking experience in Florida. From 1998 to 2003, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Admiralty Bank in Palm Beach Gardens, which grew from 40 million in assets to over 650 million in assets, and was sold to RBC Centura Bank. Prior to 1998, Mr. Burke was Senior Vice President and Regional Senior Lending Officer of 1st United Bank in Boca Raton, Florida, until the sale of the bank to Wachovia Bank in 1998. Prior to 1st United Bank, Mr. Burke served in a variety of commercial lending and banking positions at large regional commercial banks in South Florida. Mr. Burke received his B.B.A in Management from FLA Int’l in 1981.

Howard Goldsmith

Howard Goldsmith is a managing member of the Goldsmith Investment Group. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and principal owner of Panamedia Radio Group, a holding company for several radio stations in the southeast United States, from 1989 until June 2004 when the company was sold. Mr. Goldsmith received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1969 from New York University.

From 1987 to 1998, he was the President and CEO of Carnegie Bank in Princeton, New Jersey which was sold to Sovereign Bank in 1998. Additionally, from 1998 to 2003, Mr. Gray served as a Director of Admiralty Bancorp, Inc. and Admiralty Bank until the sale of the bank to Royal Bank of Canada in 2003. Mr. Gray, a former OCC regulator in New Jersey, received his Bachelor of Science in English in 1966 and his Master in Finance in 1973 from Seton Hall University.

Allen D. McGee, Chairman, President and CEO of RCOA, has served as the Company’s President and CEO since the Company’s formation and as Chairman since 2006. Before joining RCOA as CEO, Mr. McGee was chief executive officer and co-founder of Dialysis Centers of America. Before co-founding DCA, he served as senior vice president responsible for marketing, sales and acquisition development at Damon Corporation. Prior to Damon Corporation, Mr. McGee held the positions of senior executive vice president of Specialty Laboratories in Los Angeles, vice president of marketing at International Clinical Laboratories (acquired by SmithKline) and national marketing director of American Biomedical Corporation (acquired by National Health Laboratories). Thomas McMurrain has served since 1983 as a Vice President in charge of site development of Ocean Properties, Ltd., a hotel and real estate developer located in Delray Beach, Florida. From 1981 to 1983, Mr. McMurrain served as a Senior Vice President of First Federal Savings and Loan in Delray Beach, Florida. From 1978 to 1981, Mr. McMurrain served as a Senior Vice President of Carteret Savings and Loan in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. McMurrain received his Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern College in 1972 and performed graduate work at the University of Georgia.
