Randy Burden

Randy Burden is a Holding Company Director for United Heritage Bank. Mr. Burden has been active in Banking for over 30 years. Starting with First National Bank of Winter Park in 1981 as Senior Vice President until its sale in 1986. Mr. Burden then served as Executive Vice President and Chief lending officer for Orange Bank. Prior to its sale to AmSouth Bank in 1993. In 1995 Mr. Burden began as President, Chairman, CEO and Founding Director of Citrus Bank which was sold in 1998. In 2000 he became the managing Director of Admiralty Bank which sold to RBC Centura in 2002.

William J. Burke is the President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Burke has 25 years of banking experience in Florida. From 1998 to 2003, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Admiralty Bank in Palm Beach Gardens, which grew from 40 million in assets to over 650 million in assets, and was sold to RBC Centura Bank. Prior to 1998, Mr. Burke was Senior Vice President and Regional Senior Lending Officer of 1st United bank in Boca Raton, Florida, until the sale of the bank to Wachovia Bank in 1998. Prior to 1st United Bank, Mr. Burke served in a variety of commercial lending and banking positions at large regional commercial banks in South Florida. Mr. Burke received his B.B.A in Management from FLA Int’l in 1981.
