David P. Gerrits is the president of Gerrits Construction, Inc. started in 1945 by his grandfather. Mr. Gerrits has been involved in the construction industry most of his life with a main focus on Healthcare and Education development but has been connected to just about every type of project in the construction industry. Gerrits Construction, Inc. worked at Lynn University for the past 17 years, at Boca Hospital for over 18 years, and recently completed the 12 million dollar FAU School of Nursing. Mr. Gerrits is Chairman of the Lynn University Golf Tournament and the AHCA (Healthcare) Golf Tournament. Beyond his day to day responsibilities Mr. Gerrits is also a Board of Director for the Lynn Blue and White Club and has been active in the Police Athletic League for a number of years. The Gerrits Family founded the BCS College football trophy and still participates in the yearly luncheon to award the coach trophy to the top National Football Championship team. The Gerrits also opened the Leprechaun Boxing Gym in which the police athletic league used as a training facility.
Ronald J. Pronyk is Managing Partner for RJP Associates, Ltd. a Real Estate Development and Management Company that deals with commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Pronyk has been in this line of business for 25 years and his previous experience included 35 years in construction and real estate development and 14 years of store fixture manufacturing. Mr. Pronyk started and sold Southeast Millwork to Kimball International and acted as the Executive Vice President at Kimball International.
Paul Dickenson joined CBIZ Accounting, Tax and Advisory Services in 1977 as Manager of Financial Services and was named a Principal in 1980. Mr. Dickenson currently serves on the Firms Management Executive Committee. Mr. Dickenson serves primarily closely- held businesses who command a combination of tax, accounting and general business talents. Major client concentrations includes real estate, constructions, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, high tech industries, franchise operations and coordination of tax and business matters with high net worth individuals. Mr. Dickenson directs the Real Estate Services Group in Boca Raton. Mr. Dickenson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University Of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration Degree, with concentrations in accounting and taxation, from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Mr. Dickenson’s previous experience includes managerial accounting exposure with a major Fortune 500 company and serving as a member of the tax department of a large international accounting firm before joining CBIZ in 1977. Since then Mr. Dickenson has lead a variety of professional education courses in taxation and is responsible for firm wide services to the real estate industry. Mr. Dickenson is a Founding member of the Boca Raton Taxation and Financial Planning Council, a former Board Director of Boca Raton First National Bank, and currently serves on numerous committee appointments with local banks, churches, charitable organizations and America and Florida Institute of CPA’s.
Francis J. Brennan has been a resident of Boca Raton since 1969, and is the President of Brennan Financial Services, Inc., an independent financial firm specializing in assets managements, estate planning, retirement planning, insurances and all phases of financial services, equity products and investment banking. Brennan Financial Services, Inc. is one of the oldest independent financial planning firms in the area.
Mr. Brennan holds a B.S. Degree from the State University of New York and a M.S. Degree from Indiana University. He also attended Bucknell University as a National Science Foundation Grant recipient and was awarded a Graduate Fellowship at Indiana University. Mr. Brennan was elected to the prestigious Phi Delta Kappa Honors Fraternity during his graduate studies.
Mr. Brennan is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table, an international organization of top life insurance professional, and is listed among the top sales and service leaders, nationally for several multi-billion dollar financial companies. Mr. Brennan is the recipient of the National Sales Achievement Award, the National Quality Award and the National Health Award, sponsored by the National Association of Life Underwriters for outstanding sales achievement and service to clients.
Prior to establishing his own consulting firm, Mr. Brennan served as a college Vice President and Dean, and was listed in Outstanding Educators of America. Mr. Brennan is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters, the International Association of Financial Planners, The Millionaire Club, Rotary International, Boca Raton Planning Council, and numerous local civic organizations.
Mr. Brennan is the host of the “Brennan Financial Hour”, a WSBR radio show. Further, he is on the Board of Advisors at Paradise Bank, and on the Board of Advisors (College of Business) at Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Brennan and his firm serve as wealth advisors to some of the country’s wealthiest families.
Adam Frankel grew up and got his education in the Midwest. He attended The Ohio State University and received his undergraduate degree in 1994 with a major of political science. Mr. Frankel decided to immediately continue his education, and did so in his home state by attending law school at The University of Toledo College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1997.
Not long after graduating from law school, Mr. Frankel moved to Delray Beach, Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association. His first job helped mold his experience and perspective, as he served as an Assistant Public Defender in Palm Beach County from 1999 until 2001. After three years of diligently defending indigent clients who could not afford an attorney of their own, Mr. Frankel decided to embark on a private practice. He opened his law office in 2001, and since then has been representing clients all over Florida in criminal matters.
Mr. Frankel has served on the City of Delray Beach Police and Firefighters Retirement System Board of Trustees and Palm Beach County Youth Court. He is currently a member of Delray Citizens for Delray Police, the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and Old School Square. Mr. Frankel was elected to serve on the Delray Beach City Commission on March 10, 2009.
